Access for everyone

Draft statement

Accessibility

Tip2Toe wants customers and team members to be able to find information, choose a service and manage appointments regardless of ability, technology or preferred way of accessing the website.

Drafted 6 September 2026 · Formal accessibility review to be completed

Adjust this website

Accessibility settings

Changes apply immediately across Tip2Toe and are remembered on this device for up to one year.

You can also use your browser’s zoom, text-size, colour and screen-reader controls alongside these settings.

Our approach

Tip2Toe aims to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 at level AA. These guidelines cover perceivable information, operable controls, understandable content and robust compatibility with different browsers and assistive technologies.

This is an aim rather than a claim of complete conformance. The website has not yet received an independent accessibility audit or structured testing with disabled users.

What the website currently supports

  • responsive layouts that work across phones, tablets and larger screens;
  • semantic headings, labels, buttons, links and page landmarks;
  • keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content link;
  • text alternatives for meaningful images, including the Tip2Toe logo;
  • form labels, required-field checks and readable error messages during booking;
  • browser zoom and text resizing, plus the site-wide settings above; and
  • automatic respect for a device's reduced-motion preference.

Booking or contacting us another way

If the online booking journey is difficult to use, customers can ask the salon to explain service information or help arrange an appointment by telephone or email.

Telephone: 020 7946 0248

Email: hello@tip2toe.test

Address: 42 High Street, London E1 1AA

Customers can also tell Tip2Toe about communication, mobility or treatment adjustments they need. The team will discuss reasonable options without asking for more personal information than necessary.

Known limitations and planned checks

Tip2Toe still needs to complete a page-by-page keyboard review, screen-reader testing, colour-contrast measurements and testing at 200% and 400% zoom. The staff booking planner is particularly information-dense and needs dedicated assistive-technology testing.

Third-party services introduced in the future, such as payments, maps, messaging or embedded media, will need their own accessibility assessment. Tip2Toe cannot directly change third-party interfaces but should select accessible suppliers and offer another route where reasonably possible.

Report a problem

If something is difficult to read, understand or operate, contact Tip2Toe using the details above. It helps to include the page, what you were trying to do, the device or browser used and any assistive technology involved—but only share what you are comfortable providing.

Tip2Toe will acknowledge accessibility feedback, investigate the barrier and explain any available alternative. A named accessibility contact and target response time must be confirmed before this statement is approved.

Reviewing this statement

This statement and the website will be reviewed after significant design or booking changes and as part of a regular accessibility review. The review date and any completed testing will be recorded here.
